Road Trip 1

So here are a few pics from my roadtrip starting with day one!

Salem, Massachusetts was our first pit stop on our way to Boston to visit my Aunts:)

I have wanted to visit this town since I was in Grade school and I became obsessed with Witches! But sadly Salem was not what I was expecting. I thought it might be more historic instead of a tourist trap. I did have fun though, and the graveyard with all the witches was awesome!!! as well as the place where they were hanged and pressed to death. I could have taken pictues there forever! I did end up buying a fortune telling game...
I feel very fortunate to have been able to stop here for a few hours:)
Another place off my bucket list...

Oreo Cheesecake Pretzel Bites

How awesome do these little yummy cheesecake bites look?!?!

Oreo Cheesecake Pretzel Bites

7 whole Oreo Cookies

1 oz cold cream cheese

24 square pretzels

1 Cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips, melted

White Sprinkles

1. Place Oreos into a food processor and process until finely ground. Mix Oreo crumbs and cream cheese until dough forms. Pinch 1 Tablespoon of dough and form into a little square. Place onto pretzel then gently press top pretzel to close. Top with melted chocolate and white sprinkles. Chill until chocolate has hardened and serve.

I'm Back:)

I just got home from my crazy, insane, awesome, epic road trip!!!!
I can't wait to share all the pictures and stories with you;)
And sorry it took so long!
I actually saw this road trip as my own sort of Eat, Pray, Love! I did two weeks of hot yoga in Edmonton, then I spent two weeks eating as much yummy food as I could with my friend Julie in Ottawa- don't worry I have pics:) The only part missing is Love...
